Levitt Halsey is a Los Angeles-based design and development firm founded by Valerie Levitt Halsey and Brett Halsey. We focus on timeless modern design, and enjoy collaborating with our clients to create spaces that are beautiful to experience and a pleasure to use.

Our restoration and expansion of the Pedersen House, a significant mid century architectural home, is featured in the September/October 2020 issue of Dwell Magazine and was a finalist for the 2020 Dwell Design Award. Other notable recent designs include our collaboration with AIA award-winning architect David Levitt on the renovation of an Eichler-style post-and-beam originally built by mid-century architect David Lopez, which was published on Curbed LA, Dwell.com and featured on the cover of Arroyo Magazine.

Our project management experience includes the supervision of Levitt Architects’ redesign of a Hollywood Hills mid-century attributed to architect Edward Fickett, which was featured in Curbed LA and elsewhere, and Levitt Architects’ major addition and redesign of the Hiram Kwan Residence in Los Feliz.

Levitt Halsey has designed and supervised projects in Santa Monica, Toluca Lake, Burbank, Glendale, Los Feliz, the Hollywood Hills, Eagle Rock, and Pasadena, and we are currently designing projects throughout the Los Angeles area.
